Happy Birthday to me

This is my first ever post. I am quite excited about it. I started following a few blogs a couple of months ago and I am hooked so thought I would give it a go myself.  I am obviously behind the times as most of them seem to have been blogging for a few years at least, where have I been!!

It's my birthday tomorrow, Friday 13th, I'm not superstitious though and I love birthdays. My ideal day would be coffee and presents in bed, a leisurely morning pottering around the house with my daughter Holly and a long walk with her in the afternoon. Grant and I are going out for dinner in the evening, our second and well overdue night out together since she was born in May last year.
